Mind in Croydon’s Social Networking Service is based in central Croydon and provides support for people who are experiencing or recovering from mental health problems to engage in activities in the community as part of their recovery.
Clients can expect to:
Receive one to one support from a Social Networking Caseworker.
Agree a support plan with the Caseworker.
Connect with services that will help to improve their life.
Work towards agreed goals.
Receive regular reviews.
To access this service the client needs to have been assessed as being eligible for the Care Programme Approach (CPA). Referrals to this service have to be made via your Community Mental Health Team. Referral forms are available below or speak to your Care Coordinator about how to to apply.
