Croydon Treatment and Recovery Partnership is a collaboration of drug and alcohol addiction treatment providers led by South London and Maudsley NHS Trust and Foundation 66.Services are provided from a range of locations but most operate from Lantern Hall, 190 Church Road, Croydon, CR0 1SE. This is where to attend for an initial assessment, to enable us to support you to make changes to your drug or alcohol use.
