Home Treatment Team

Home Treatment (Croydon) care for people, aged 18-65, who have severe mental illness, who would benefit from assessment and treatment at home as an alternative to hospital. We provide care for people who live in the London Borough of Croydon.
Our aim is to provide short-term treatment for people who are having a mental health crisis. Wherever possible, we avoid the need for hospital admission.

Our service brings together different health and social care teams, including nursing, social work and psychiatry. We also work closely with patients, their carers, GP, local day care centre and housing provider as required.
