A CHANGE TO THE HEAR US WELFARE SERVICE
Unfortunately Hear Us will not be able to take on new clients or new case work
I am writing to all my clients (past and present) to let you know that I am shortly leaving Hear Us and moving on to a new job. Hear Us will continue to provide Welfare Support but as yet, we are unsure as to what format the project will take.
I understand that for some people whom I am currently working with, this might cause some anxiety and I would urge you to contact our coordinator for further advice (Tim Oldham – office phone number: 020 8681 6888). You may decide to seek Welfare advice from another service and Tim will provide the contact details for Welfare Advice Services in Croydon.
If you are waiting for a tribunal date – please do remember to let the Tribunal service know that your representative has changed. If your paperwork is at our office and you do not have copies, please do come and collect it in plenty of time (but phone the office first to make sure that a staff member is there to unlock the files).
I have had the pleasure of working with some of you for a short time and others for many years. I want to take this opportunity to thank you for sharing your difficulties with me and allowing me to work with you. Each and every one of you has taught me so much.
I wish you all the very best for the future.
With very kind regards
Jane White
(Hear Us Welfare Manager)
