Forensic Community Outreach Service Croydon
The Community Forensic Service Croydon provides community-based assessment, treatment and care for people, aged 18-65, who have severe mental health problems and who may be a risk to themselves and others. They may also be subject to Home Office restrictions, Probation Orders or have judicial proceedings outstanding.
SLaM provides care for people who live in the London Borough of Croydon.
A Forensic Community Team provides care for people with offending histories who, with appropriate care and treatment, pose a low risk to the public. The teams of health and social care professionals work with the police, public protection unit and the local Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangement (MAPPA) team to manage people in the community.
