Bromley Dementia Support Hub is delivered by four organisations with many years of experience and expertise:

MindCare Dementia Support logo

MindCare Dementia Support (part of Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind) has been providing specialist dementia support in the borough of Bromley for over 25 years, supporting people with dementia to live at home and in their local communities. Bromley MindCare is experienced in providing:

  1. Dementia activities in centres during the day
  2. Respite breaks at home for carers
  3. Information, coaching and workshops for dementia carers
  4. Dementia exercise and wellbeing cafes for people with dementia and their carers.
Age UK Bromley & Greenwich logo

Age UK Bromley & Greenwich provide preventative services that promote opportunities, independence and choice for older people. They also influence local policy and practice, promote the contribution older people make to the community and campaign on issues affecting older people.

Age UK Bromley & Greenwich manage a time bank of volunteers who work with older people, co-producing and delivering services and activities.

They are also experienced in providing independent advice to older people, their carers, relatives and friends on a wide range of issues including money matters, housing, health, help in the home, transport and leisure activities.

They also provide specialist dementia day care and Singing for Fun choir for people with dementia.

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust provides local NHS services in south London and Kent in hospitals and in the community, including the Memory Service.

The Memory Service provides assessment, diagnosis and treatment for people who are experiencing difficulties with their memory at clinics in Orpington, Penge and Bromley.
