COVID-19 Service Update
Mind in Croydon’s Active Minds Service remains open to referrals. They are delivering the service via remote means including telephone and online platforms, they are currently running Yoga, Relaxation and Mindfulness sessions over Zoom. If you are interested in accessing these groups please ask any professional providing support for your health and well-being to complete and return to Active Minds this referral form. Once they have received this they will be in touch. - 12 weeks stop smoking support or support to cut down on the amount you smoke
- Weight management and nutrition advice
- Cutting down on the amount of alcohol drink
- Wellbeing assessment
- Support to increase the amount of physical activity you take part in.

Would you like to support people who have experienced mental health problems in accessing their chosen activity with the aim that they are able to continue with that activity after the Peer Navigating time has finished. This will be done through accompanying them to their activity and working with the plan agreed in your first meeting.
